Weather Malaga - No significant precipitation in sight

This particularly affects the Andalusian province of Malaga, where there are already massive cuts in water supplies for residents and industry in numerous cities and municipalities.

This year, the political misdeeds of all parties are taking revenge. The construction of sewage treatment plants was abandoned; the unhindered expansion of water-intensive agriculture and the tourism boom are making the situation dramatically more difficult.

The hope now lies in the period January to March 2024. If there is not at least 300 to 400 mm of rain by the end of March, then the summer of 2024 will probably be a horror summer for residents and industry.
