Saharan dust and heat, not a good combination

The first heatwave of the year is just around the corner

From Thursday, there is a high probability that the first heatwave of the year will begin in Andalusia and parts of Spain.

This will be accompanied by Saharan dust (also known as Calima), which will put more strain on the body. Temperatures in Andalusia will then rise to 43 °C or locally 45 °C.

On Saturday and Sunday, there will be terral again in Malaga and the thermometer will rise to 39 °C.
