Severe weather hit the province of Malaga in the last 24 hours, prompting the highest weather warning.

The storm cells brought very different amounts of rain to different areas. Cartama received 103 mm of rain, Casarbonela 105 mm, Aljaima 106 mm, Coin 69 mm, Fahala 135 mm, and Malaga Port only 12 mm.

Our weather station in Fuengirola recorded peak gusts of 88 km/h.

We expect no further gusts and only isolated light rain later today, Sunday.
