Weather Mallorca - Island sweats at 42 °C


The third heat wave of the year is currently hitting Spain. Today, Monday, the warning level is red in the Andalusian provinces of Cordoba and Jaen.

The thermometer rises to 45 °C here. In Mallorca, the orange warning level applies inland with maximum values of up to 39 °C. On Tuesday it will be even hotter in Mallorca, the red warning level applies to the interior of the island. Daily highs are forecast at 42°C in the shade. 39 °C are forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday in Palma de Mallorca.
