Weather Rome - No rain and warm

The Ryder Cup is a two-year, multi-day golf team tournament between the best golfers in Europe and the United States.

A team captain is appointed for each team; apart from the captain´s picks, he essentially determines the team´s formation and strategy. The captain can act as a playing or non-playing captain. This year the captain for the USA will be Zach Johnson, Team Europe will be represented by Luke Donald. By the way, the Marco Simone Golf & County Club is not easy to play, especially holes 8 & 9 (each PAR 5) and 16 (PAR 4) will challenge players.

This year the Ryder Cup will take place in the north-east of Rome, from September 29th to October 1st.
