Óscar Camacho visits meteo365.es: "Their precipitation radar is impressive"

The Confederation of Local and Autonomous Security (CSLA), which brings together unions of the Local Police and firefighters with more than 22,000 members, is working to improve security resources throughout the country.

Its general secretary, Óscar Camacho, visited the headquarters of meteo365.es to learn about its technology.

Oscar Camacho: “During the DANA last autumn, I used meteo365.es intensively. Its predictions and the precipitation radar with NowCast were key. My visit confirms that the team led by Maren Becker is doing a great job. This shows that innovations from the private sector can be implemented quickly.”

Maren Becker, owner of meteo365.es, thanked the visit and reaffirmed the company´s commitment:

“We strive every day to improve our services. Our goal is to help reduce the impact of disasters on people, animals, nature and infrastructure.”
