Flamingos are also happy about the rain

The Fuente de Piedra lagoon is located an hour´s drive north of Malaga city.

The approximately 1,300-hectare lagoon is well filled with water after the recent rains, and thousands of greater flamingos are currently visiting. What is normally only possible in a zoo can be experienced here in the wild, and you can get within a few meters of the flamingos.

It is therefore worthwhile to take a day trip to Fuente de Piedra. Nature and wildlife can still be experienced in harmonious harmony here.
