Most of the tourists, 2,135,314, came from Great Britain, representing a 0% increase. Germans followed in second place with 1,224,376 tourists, representing an increase of 7.8%. A remarkable 357,402 tourists came from Ireland, representing an increase of 8.4%.
The Dutch, Scandinavians, and Swiss recorded significant declines. 450,102 tourists came from the Netherlands, a decrease of 5.7%. 410,329 tourists came from Scandinavia, a decrease of 6.2%. 198,809 tourists came from Switzerland, a decrease of 5.9%.
From January to June 2025, Spain reported a total of 44,495,979 tourists, an increase of 4.7%.
8,914,597 tourists came from Great Britain, an increase of 5.2%. Germans came in second with 5,724,712 tourists, an increase of 3%.
Andalusia
Andalusia recorded a total of 6,789,498 tourists between January 2025 and June 2025, an increase of 8.4%. The Balearic Islands recorded 6,424,041 tourists, an increase of 4.1%. The Canary Islands reported 7,840,105 tourists, an increase of 4%.
