Right on time for the 1st Advent, the world-famous and hugely popular Christmas lights were switched on in Málaga and Seville, and the ski season opened in the Sierra Nevada.
On Sunday morning, a weak band of rain moving across Andalusia, bringing locally light rain or drizzle. Maximum temperatures will remain below the 20 °C mark. Not much will change in the coming days either. Cold air masses from the northwest continue to flow in, and on Wednesday and Thursday there will be rain again – and even 25 cm of fresh snow in the Sierra Nevada.
