The third weekend of Advent will bring rain, gale-force winds and high waves to the Canary Islands.

Maspalomas can also expect 15 mm of rain.The forecast predicts more dangerous conditions for Tenerife. Santa Cruz de Tenerife is expected to receive 40 mm of rain. We anticipate gale-force winds of 79 km/h and waves of up to 6 meters. Heavy rain always causes flooding and landslides. Wintery conditions with snow are certain on Mount Teide. The TF-21 road will likely be temporarily closed.
