On Saturday, 16 May 2026, Málaga will once again transform into a vibrant open-air cultural festival during the annual “Noche en Blanco”. For one special night, the city center becomes a lively stage filled with art, music, performances and creative activities for locals and visitors alike.

This year’s edition focuses strongly on music under the theme “The Future is Written in Music”. Visitors can enjoy live concerts, street performances, flamenco shows, classical music, interactive art displays and modern sound experiences across the historic center of Málaga.

Many of the city’s most famous museums and cultural venues will remain open late into the night, often with free admission. Popular attractions such as the Picasso Museum, Centre Pompidou Málaga and Museo Carmen Thyssen are expected to offer special exhibitions and activities.

The atmosphere is especially unique around Calle Larios and Plaza de la Constitución, where live performers, lighting effects and outdoor events create a festive mood throughout the evening. Restaurants, cafés and bars also stay busy late into the night, making the entire city feel alive with culture and entertainment.
