Real Guadalhorce Club de Golf is an 18-hole golf course that is the closest of all the courses in the Costa del Sol to Malaga city. It was redesigned in 2007 by Miguel Ángel Jiménez and has a reputation for its friendly atmosphere, which makes it the perfect club for players of any age starting out in the sport.
Beautiful location close to Malaga
Real Guadalhorce Club de Golf is just 10 minutes from the centre of Malaga city and 5 minutes from the Costa del Sol airport. The course extends through the countryside of the river Guadalhorce, which is populated with quintessentially Mediterranean plants. The designer made the most of the natural beauty of the area to give the fairways great movement.
The 18-hole course is a total of 6,194m long and is ideal for both large-scale tournaments and beginner and intermediate level players. With a par of 72, the Guadalhorce course is divided into two parts: holes 1 to 9 are a classic English-style parkland course with gently rolling hills and no water obstacles; while holes 10 to 18 offer elevated greens and diverse fairways, posing a higher difficulty level.
