Weather Granada - The measured daily high comes from Loja

Heatwave in Andalusia. The measured daily high does not come from the provinces of Cordoba and Jaen, but from the province of Granada.

Last update from 7:22 p.m .: In Loja, the thermometer climbed to 44.5 °C in the shade in the afternoon. Granada Airport records 44.0 °C, Cordoba Airport 43.9 °C and Andujar (Jaen) reports 43.7 °C.

The temperature in the Sierra Nevada shows how hot it was in Granada. A whopping 20.1 °C was measured there at an altitude of 2,856 meters.

Not surprisingly, the city of Villarrobledo (Albacete) took second place with 44.3 °C. Incidentally, the heat warning level red applies in Albacete and Zaragoza on Tuesday.
