Storm Celina is currently raging in the North Atlantic, with a focus on Ireland. On the southern flank, the French and Spanish Atlantic coasts will be at the center of the action this weekend.
A violent storm is expected south of Ireland from Thursday, and colleagues are already talking about a “bomb cyclone”. This will then bring waves with an exceptional height of > 9 meters to the Spanish coast of Galicia and Asturias.
From November 5th, a violent storm will build up south of Iceland, although a strong Azores high will build up south in the Atlantic. We will have to keep a close eye on who wins the race in the end.
