From Wednesday afternoon to Thursday evening we were traveling in the Andalusian provinces of Cadiz and Malaga with our OB-Van.
There was a lot to do and to marvel at. First we had the forest fire near Tarifa. We were able to film the Plan Infoca firefighting helicopters filling their Bambi Buckets with water in a puddle under stormy conditions. In the evening we then filmed the sunset in Zahara de los Atunes (Playa Los Alemanes). Unfortunately the Saharan dust spoiled our plans.
On Thursday morning we hiked through a beautiful pine forest in Barbate to the Torre del Tajo watchtower. The 100-metre-high cliffs are not for people with a fear of heights, however. At midday there was a stormy wind again from the east (Levante) at Playa El Palmar. Nevertheless one of the most beautiful places on the Costa de la Luz. In the afternoon we then went to Grazalema, where we were surprised by the wonderful climate. Warm and low humidity, plus a green landscape. In the evening we quickly went to Ronda to film the El Tajo gorge from the other side. (
