Weather in Malaga - Complicated wind conditions on Monday morning

Monday morning begins on the Costa del Sol with thunderstorms in the Axarquia region and complicated wind conditions at Malaga Airport.

It's 9:16 a.m. when a Wizz Air flight from Vienna is on approach to Runway 12, and the tailwind forces the pilots to perform a go-around. Almost all aircraft approaching Runway 12 are using E-10 and E-11, an indication that wind conditions have not yet improved.

However, we expect the wind to shift significantly to the south-southeast in the next few minutes, and the problems during the approach will no longer occur.
