Malaga Airport continues to boom! In October 2025, the airport operator reported 2,576,610 passengers, an increase of 6.1% compared to October 2024. From January 2025 to October 2025, Malaga Airport registered 23,326,867 passengers, an increase of 7.3% compared to the same period in 2024.

Malaga Airport thus ranks fourth among the busiest airports in the Malaga region between January and October 2025.

Alicante comes in fifth with 17.2 million passengers, Gran Canaria sixth with 13 million, Tenerife South seventh with 14.4 million, Valencia eighth with 10 million, Ibiza ninth with 8.6 million, and Seville tenth with 8 million.
In total, Spanish airports reported 276.5 million passengers in the first ten months of the year, an increase of 3.9%.
