In the Balearic Islands, the average temperature was 15.7 °C, the anomaly here is + 0.7 °C.
The average temperature in the Canary Islands was 18.6 °C, the anomaly here is + 1.9 °C.
In Andalusia, the local anomaly was even + 5 °C. As evidence, Cordoba Airport reports a maximum of 38.8 °C and Moron de la Frontera 37.4 °C on April 27, 2023.
The spring of 2023 was the second driest spring in the period since 1961, only in 1995 there was less precipitation.
