Weather Mallorca - Heavy rain and flooding
During the night on Sunday, cool air will flow from the northwest towards Spain, where it will meet hot and humid air. A low-pressure system is developing on the Balearic Sea and this will bring severe thunderstorms, heavy rain and squalls to the islands on Sunday morning.

Up to 50 mm liters of rain are forecast for Palma de Mallorca, so flooding and full basements are the order of the day.
The storm could also affect air traffic at Palma de Mallorca Airport.
