Weather Spain - Where will there be rain on New Year´s Eve?
The last day of 2024 will bring thick fog and cool temperatures to the northern half of Spain. On the east coast and on Ibiza and Formentera it will probably remain rainy and there will also be thunderstorms in some places. There will still be rain near Gibraltar until the afternoon.

We receive numerous inquiries as to why it is currently so cold in Malaga city in the morning and it can be so warm just a few meters away in Torremolinos? This has to do with the fact that Malaga city is in the direction of the wind from the NW from the Guadalhorce Valley, while Torremolinos is spared from this wind and when there is no wind and the sun is shining it can quickly warm up there.
