Severe Weather in Malaga Province - meteo365.es on the Road
On Tuesday, Storm Kristin caused severe weather in Malaga Province. meteo365.es was on site. Storm Kristin raged particularly fiercely in the area around Estepona.

The ascent to the summit of Los Reales was blocked in the lower third of the MA-8301 highway. Flooding, landslides and fallen trees made passage impossible. We were able to speak with the responsible staff on site, and they showed us their WhatsApp chat history, in which their colleagues reported numerous other road sections that were impassable.
Our next impassable location was the road from Estepona to Casares. The Arroya del Infierno had completely blocked the road.
We were then able to witness the sheer amount of rain below Gaucin. The Rio Genal, a river approximately 60 km long that originates in Igualeja, has burst its banks. The Rio Turon near El Burgo (Sierra de las Nieves) is also experiencing flooding, as the video clearly shows.
In conclusion: This winter is bringing us one storm after another with widely varying amounts of rainfall.
