The live weather webcam looks out over the rooftops of Alhaurín de la Torre onto the Jabalcuza, the wooded local mountain of the municipality, and the foothills of the Sierra de Mijas. Under the wide sky of the Guadalhorce valley, white houses with red-tiled roofs line up to the foot of the slopes; among them stand pines and Mediterranean scrub reaching up to the ridge. Alhaurín de la Torre lies in the Valle del Guadalhorce west of Málaga, nestled between the Sierra de Mijas and the fertile river plain. The Jabalcuza is a popular hiking destination: from the top the view reaches across the whole valley down to the coast.
